Upon request we will give you all details of personal information that may be held by us, once identity has been satisfied. Incorrect information will be deleted or amended promptly. Requests will be responded to within 20 working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances, and even then we will let you know what is happening with your request.

What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
