The Medical Foundation is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm by appointment (Northwest Office 9am to 5pm by appointment).
The Medical Foundation prefers that written referals are sent for people wishing to be seen. Appointments can then be allocated. For notes on referring clients for medical consultation and treatment, or for asylum reports, see Referring Clients.

The Medical Foundation moved its London premises in early 2004. The new building has wheelchair access and a WC adapted for use by people with disabilities.
The nearest London Underground station is Finsbury Park (Piccadilly and Victoria lines). There are WAGN National Rail links to and from King's Cross and nearby bus routes are: 4, 29, 90, 153, 253, 254, 259, and 279.
