Regular donations are vitally important to the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture (MF). Ongoing support allows us to plan with confidence for the future. With regular support, we can provide not only the immediate treatment that our clients need, but also the long-term rehabilitation and holistic care on which they depend.

You can donate regularly to us through the following methods:

Giving by direct debit or standing order

Much of the treatment offered at the MF is long-term, and new clients arrive at our door every day. It is through regular, reliable support from direct debits and standing orders that we can develop our services.

Gift Aid is an easy way to increase the value of your donation by almost a third at no extra cost to you. If you pay income tax or capital gains tax in the UK, the value of your donation can be increased by 28% through a Gift Aid Declaration. One Gift Aid Declaration covers any and all donations that you make to the Foundation from UK taxable income, enabling us to claim back the tax on your donation. Giving direct from your salary

Payroll giving takes money directly from your gross salary. This means that you don't have to pass over any payment details to us. It's also tax efficient: a donation of £5 only costs you £3.90 and is topped up by the Government by a further 10%.
