Our overseas cycle rides and treks offer you a once in a lifetime chance to visit places you've always dreamt of while raising vital funds to help survivors of torture. The trips are an incredible experience and a great challenge. All we ask is that you raise enough money to cover the costs and make a real contribution to our work.

Kilimanjaro Trek

Mount Kilimanjaro is one of the world's highest peaks and a truly amazing spectacle! You'll be lead through a blend of diverse terrains from jungle to volcanic craters before reaching the highest point, Uhuru Peak. This is an amazing opportunity to trek in one of the most beautiful parts of Africa over 10 days and climb to heights of over 5500 feet!
