The Medical Foundation has teamed up with Charity Challlenge to offer you a fantastic new choice of exciting overseas challenges. You now have the chance to visit wonderful places around the world, achieve amazing personal goals and raise vital funds for the Medical Foundation.
Charity Challenge is the UK's leading adventure travel company specialising exclusively in the organisation and administration of inspirational fundraising expeditions whilst at the same time promoting responsible tourism. You can choose from more than 120 challenges which include treks, mountain bike rides, mountain climbs, white water rafting, sailing and horse riding. Events take place in Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East and cover three different difficulty levels, ensuring there really is something for you.
How about an expedition to the Everest base camp in Nepal for example or a trek to the home of the Dalai Lama? Want to follow in the footsteps of the Massai in Tanzania, go on a jungle expedition in Thailand, cycle Kathmandu valley or complete a Rajasthan tiger challenge?
